Penarth Pier is a wonderful place to visit and there’s nothing greater than walking the Victorian wooden planks and looking down to see the sea beneath your feet. What’s even more wonderful is when you go to photograph the pier for sunrise, get there very early and the dawn light that comes before sunrise turns the sky into the most amazing colours that totally outshone the sunrise that came afterwards.
