Penarth Pier is a wonderful place to visit and there’s nothing greater than walking the Victorian wooden planks and looking down to see the sea beneath your feet. What’s even more wonderful is when its an astronomically high tide and the sea is literally centimetres away from your toes and your 50 metres out to sea! This was taken on one such rare occurrence that happily happened to come along at sunrise!
